Yes. Longer leases allow for lower rent prices. If you are looking for a 4- or 8-month lease, your rent prices will be slightly higher to account for the cost of more frequent turnover and cleaning.

Within our 3-bedroom unit options, there are many variations including which floor you’re on, whether you get morning sun or afternoon sun, and the view from your window. For that reason, we added a bit of wiggle room to our pricing so that those who want to save a bit can and those who are willing to spend a little bit more for a better view have the option to do so.
